With no limita Ɵ on set in the law on municipal acquisi Ɵ ons in terms of cost that could be assessed to ratepayers, water and sewer rates have increased drama Ɵ cally from Act 12 acquisi Ɵ ons. With no public input provided in the law for water and sewer customers of these systems, ratepayers, communi Ɵ es, and state legislators are voicing concerns and demanding change.
