Grass Replanting Projects completed outside optimal seeding seasons may require follow-up to ensure proper grass growth. Additionally, for tanks with a Cathodic Protection System (CPS), ensure it is installed after painting but not energized until after the Anniversary Inspection. This allows any coatings problems inside to occur then be identified and fixed without the protection of the CPS. Wastewater Tanks Too Many of these lessons apply to wastewater tanks, which are often challenging to take offline for inspection. At a minimum, drain them as low as possible and hose down the walls before the warranty period ends. Document any issues and notify your contractor promptly for resolution.
