municipalauthorities.org | 9 PMAA W elcomes a N ew S taff M ember PMAA is pleased to announce a recent addition to our team. Matthew W. Buck started in November as a Government Relations Associate. In this role, he is a member of the Government Relations team, responsible for tracking legislation, advocating, and lobbying on behalf of authorities. Prior to PMAA, he worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where he currently serves as the Company Executive Officer for the 28 th Quartermaster Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 28 th Infantry Division. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, watching movies, and everything baseball related. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Shippensburg University, his hometown.
