More than 90 professionals gathered in Pittsburgh during International Women’s Week in early March for the Women. Innovation. Networking (WIN) Conference hosted by PMAA. This annual event draws dynamic women professionals from across the state together to learn and grow through mentorship, collaboration, and networking. The theme of the 2024 conference Women in Leadership: Shaping the Future prepared attendees to engage in lively sessions focusing on change-management, leading with passion and perseverance, communicating in a postmodern era, social media management, and evaluating the work-life balance. And of course, an annual favorite, the “How My Career Found Me Panel,” was again one of the highlights. There was plenty of laughter and engagement as colleagues learned with, and from, each other. Thanks to the WIN Committee for their work in creating content and programming for this year’s event. Since its inception in 2018, this Conference has continued to grow and expand, becoming one of PMAA’s premier events.
